Abstract
Objective:To improve the understanding of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) after severe trauma.Methods:300 patients with SIRS were selected from May 2011 to May 2014.The injury severity score of 120 MODS patients>16.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of them.Results:In 300 patients, 110 cases were complianced with SIRS 2 standards(36.7%),meet the 3 criteria in 132 cases,accord with 4 criteria in 58 cases;MODS concurrent 2 organs dysfunction in 44 cases,35 cases of 3 organs dysfunction,30 cases of dysfunction in 4,more than 5 dysfunction in 11 cases;patients who met the SIRS criteria for the project number,the more the organ dysfunction,its mortality was higher(P<0.05),the overall mortality rate was 80%;the frequency of occurrence and mortality rate of organ dysfunction in MODS patients from high to low were respiratory system,circulatory system,nervous system,metabolic system,blood system,kidney, gastrointestinal tract,liver.Conclusion:The SIRS may be caused by shock,infection and immune dysfunction after severe trauma. When the illness was serious,it can lead to MODS.The compensatory anti-inflammatory response syndrome and mixed antagonistic response syndrome can effectively maintain the body's internal environment balance.关键词
