摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shen Mai injection in adjuvant treatment of moderate chlorine poisoning. Methods:68 patients with acute moderate chlorine poisoning were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group were given routine emergency measures,and the treatment group were given Shen Mai injection on the basis of the control group,with the treatment of 7 days.We observed the total efficiency;body temperature , white blood cell counts,C reactive protein,liver and kidney function,chest imaging,electrocardiogram changes were detected. Results:After 7 days,compared with before treatment,symptoms and signs of the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Mai injection treatment of moderate acute chlorine poisoning can improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients.The curative effect is exact.关键词
