中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of patients with advanced small cell lung cancer combined with Chinese medicine prescription treatment based on conventional chemotherapy.Methods:100 patients with advanced small cell lung cancer were selected from 2009 to 2011.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group received the combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine,and the control group were treated with chemotherapy only. We compared the clinical therapeutic effect and life quality of patients of two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group 86%,which was higher than those of the control group 60%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer based on conventional chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese prescription will be better able to control tumor development speed,improve the quality of life of patients,and establish confidence and compliance,so it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
