子午流注针法治疗膀胱经型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of ziwuliuzhu needling method in the treatment of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of ziwuliuzhu needling method in the treatment of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:360 cases of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc were selected from January 2008 to December 2013,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 180 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were treated with ziwuliuzhu points plus conventional acupuncture.The control group were treated with conventional acupoints.Then we observed and compared the curative effect between two groups.Results:The total efficiency after 2 courses of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 86.66%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc is obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture.关键词
