血府逐瘀口服液的调节血脂作用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To research Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid role in regulating blood lipids. Methods: High fat feeding was conducted to reproduce hyperlipemia rats model. These rats have been given intragastric administration and high、middle、low dose of Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid (10 g/kg、5 g/kg、2.5 g/kg) for four weeks respectively . Then TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、SOD、MDA contents in serum were measured. Results: Compared with model control group, each dose group of Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid could effectively lower hyperlipemia rats and TC、TG 、LDL-C 、MDA contents in serum. The HDL-C value and SOD value were increasing at the same time. Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid can effectively regulate blood lipids.关键词
