多排螺旋CT在急腹症诊断中的应用
Application of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen

Abstract
Objective:To explore and research clinical diagnosis and application value of multi detector row spiral CT technology in acute abdomen,in order to provide reference for the treatment of patients with acute abdomen.Methods:168 patients with acute abdomen were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were scanning and reconstruction technique using multi detector row spiral CT instrument,then we analyzed comparative clinical and pathological results.Results:Among 33 cases of acute appendicitis that were diagnosised by the pathological,there were 31 cases truely diagnosised by multi slice spiral CT;26 cases of acute intestinal were diagnosed by multi slice spiral CT among those 28 cases that diagnosed by obstruction pathology;in addation, 26 cases of urinary calculi,26 cases of acute pancreatitis and 17 cases of acute cholecystitis were diagnosised by multi slice spiral CT among 27 cases of urinary calculi,31 cases of acute pancreatitis and 18 cases of acute cholecystitis which were pathological diagnosised;there were 31 cases(perforation of gastrointestinal tract and abdominal vascular lesions) diagnosised through pathological,and 29 cases were accurately diagnosed by clinical examination.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT technology has obvious effect in the diagnosis of acute abdomen,and the diagnosis process is convenient and fast,while it also has higher specificity and accuracy,so it worthy of clinical reference and popularization.关键词
