Abstract
Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of 5 blood infectious disease index in Baiyin area.Methods:We analyzed the blood specimens results of 32 429 cases of voluntary blood donors in the silver area from 2010 to 2013.Results:The total failure rate of 5 infectious disease index detection of the voluntary blood donors in Baiyin area was 3%,and the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=11.95,P<0.01).The single not qualified rate of ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP was 1.20%,0.51%,0.44%,0.22%,0.65% respectively;in 70 cases of anti-HIV was not qualified have confirmed 3 cases were positive by the Baiyin CDC,and the positive rate after the confirmation was 0.93/million(3/32429);double positive in 8 cases,the positive rate was 2.47/million(8/32429).Conclusion:To increase the knowledge of blood donation propaganda,strict implementation of pre donation screening test standard,improve the overall quality of blood collecting and supplying personnel,and strengthen fixed blood donors,we choose the high sensitivity and good specificity detection reagent,to can ensure the blood quality is safety effectively.关键词
