摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the MRI manifestations of supratentorial and infratentorial central neurocytoma intraventricular.Methods:We collected 17 cases of MRI performance datas of central nerve cell tumor which confirmed by the operation pathologically from 1999 to 2013(including 3 cases of postoperative examination image datas),and analyzed the datas. Results:Located in the lateral ventricle septum pellucidum region in 13 cases,in the back region of horns of the lateral ventricles in 2 cases;the three ventricle and the screen four ventricle had 1 cases in each.The vast majority of masses with cystic mixed mass shadow;T1WI showed low signal,the multiple vesicles in lower signal intensity;T2WI showed high signal,included more high bubble shadow.Examination showed no signs of tumor recurrence after the operation of 3 cases.11 cases were enhanced scanning showed tumors moderate or marked enhancement,sac into not strengthened.Conclusion:Curtain upper intraventricular central neurocytoma frequently occurs in transparent septum,and tumor internal has multiple vesicles shadows.The imaging has certain characteristics.But for located in the posterior horn of lateral ventricle,the three ventricle,and under the curtain of four ventricle tumors lack of features,the diagnosis is difficult.关键词
