摘要
Abstract
Epididymal sperm granuloma is a low incidence of chronic granulomatous inflammation,rare sperm granuloma in clinical,located in the caput and cauda epididymidis easily misdiagnosed as cyst,tuberculosis,located beside the vas deferens. Inguinal region is easily misdiagnosed as tuberculosis,cancer and so on.The B ultrasound,CT and MRI examination are lack of specificity.Operation is often needed for excision tumor pathological diagnosis.We report 1 case and collect related literature analysis,to sum up experience,and in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.关键词
