Influence of nursing intervention on the psychological state and life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state and life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from May 2012 to September 2014.We used the complete sampling method of 1:1 divided them into two groups.30 cases in the control group were given routine nursing. The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.We compared the intervention psychological status(SDS,SAS) score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQ) score of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQ improve situation of the observation group after the intervention was better than that of the control group,and there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention can improve the acute anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological state in patients with cerebral infarction,and improve their quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical recommendation.关键词
