直肠癌经腹会阴联合根治术的护理
Nursing of abdominoperineal resection for rectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the operation nursing coordination effect of abdominoperineal resection for rectal cancer.To summarize the nursing experience,and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:We summarized the operation room nursing of 16 cases of rectal cancer abdominoperineal resection patients through the whole process,including preoperative interview,skin care, gastrointestinal preparation,equipment preparation,the itinerate nurse implemented safe and effective body position nursing,and instrument nurse give close cooperation during the operation.Results:The surgeries of 16 cases went well;the operation time was 3~7 h;intraoperative hemorrhage was from 200 to 500 mL,with no relevant nursing complications.They all discharged after 2~3 weeks.Conclusion:The resection of abdominoperineal resection for rectal cancer is range,and the cure rate is high.It is easy to achieve radical purpose,but the operation nursing coordination in the whole process of operation plays a vital important role.The comprehensive operation room nursing is an important guarantee to the smooth progress and success of the operation.关键词
