高频电扁桃体切除器切除扁桃体200例围手术期护理体会
Nursing experience of the peri operation period of 200 cases of high frequency electric tonsillectome tonsils operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing experience of the peri operation period of high frequency electric tonsillectome tonsils operation.Methods:200 patients who consistented with tonsillectomy operation indication were selected from May 2011 to February 2014.They were treated with high frequency electric tonsillectomy.And they were given the peri operation period nursing and psychological nursing.Results:In 200 cases,2 cases of postoperative bleeding,and the other had no serious complications.The follow-up satisfaction rate was 98%.Conclusion:Tonsil high-frequency electric resection has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time,less injury,less bleeding,faster healing.Good nursing in peri operation period and strengthening the psychological nursing can cooperate with the doctor reduce postoperative complications better,promote the patient a speedy recovery,and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
