缬沙坦对兔颈动脉球囊损伤后血管内膜增生的影响观察与分析
Effect observation and analysis of valsartan on vascular intimal hyperplasia after carotid artery balloon injury of rabbit
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of valsartan on vascular intimal hyperplasia after carotid artery balloon injury of rabbit. Methods:42 male rabbits were selected.They were randomly divided into the sham operation group.The control group and the valsartan group.We compared ET1,TXB2,6-keto-PCF1a of the three groups by the method of radioimmunoassay,and compared the PNCA index,intima-media thickness,intimal cross-sectional area,the degree of stenosis using elastic fiber staining,HE chip and PNCA immunohistochemical.Results:ET1,TXB2 of the control group was the highest;valsartan group was the second;sham operation group was the lowest.The 6-keto-PCF1a of valsartan group was the highest;the sham operation group was the second;the control group was the lowest.The control group of PNCA was the highest;the Valsartan group was the second;sham operation group was the lowest.In the valsartan group,endometrial thickness,intimal cross-sectional area,the degree of stenosis,PNCA were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan has inhibitory effect on ET1,TXB2,and smooth muscle cell proliferation after balloon injury.关键词
