The clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of 90 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation.Methods:180 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation were randomly selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of two groups were treated with spasmolysis,expectorant,antiasthmatic,anti infection and symptomatic treatment.The control group were given nasal catheter low flow ventilation treatment.The observation group were given noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the control group was 63.33% ;the total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was 88.89% .The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation has good clinical effect.It is worthy of recommended use in clinical.关键词
