Abstract
Objective:To observe the various factors of the influence of mechanical ventilation time in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU.Methods:72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.They were treated by mechanical ventilation.According to the mechanical ventilation time,they were divided into A group,B group,C group with 24 cases in each.The ventilation time of A group was less than or equal to 7 days;B group was 8 to 14 days;C group was more than 14 days.The various factors of the influence of mechanical ventilation time of three groups were compared before and after intubation.Results:The age,heart rate,the number of gastrointestinal bleeding,the number of ventilator-associated pneumonia,the number of blood pressure fall,APACHE Ⅱ score,VAP of patients in C group were all higher than those of A group and B group,and serum albumin,prealbumin,PaO2/FiO2 and other values were lower than those of A group and B group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The factors of the influence of mechanical ventilation time in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU are many,including many factors before intubation and after intubation,which much attention should be paid by medical personnel.关键词
