Clinical analysis of atorvastatin in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver with hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods:60 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with hyperlipidemia were selected from February 2013 to May 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random grouping method.The observation group were treated with atorvastatin combined with Dang Fei Li Gan Ning capsule.The control group were only treated with Dang Fei Li Gan Ning capsule.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:Through treatment,the illness states of patients in two groups had improved significantly.The rangeabilities of blood lipid indicators and liver function indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of atorvastatin combined with Dang Fei Li Gan Ning capsule in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with hyperlipidemia has good curative effect.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
