Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of the treatment of reduction and internal fixation with bone graft assisted with knee arthroscopy for tibial plateau compression fracture.Methods:108 patients with tibial plateau compression fracture(Schazker Ⅱ,Ⅲtype) were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups.The control group were given traditional operation therapy,and the observation group were given the treatment of reduction and internal fixation with bone graft assisted with knee arthroscopy.We compared the clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,healing time of knee joint,joint activity,and complications of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group, the time of hospitalization,the healing time,knee joint,joint activity was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the treatment of reduction and internal fixation with bone graft assisted with knee arthroscopy for tibial plateau compression fracture is significant.It has the advantages of minimally invasive,less complications,good prognosis ans so on,it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
