腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症效果观察
Effect observation of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis,to provide reference for clinical treatment in the future.Methods:150 patients with endometriosis were selected from February 2011 to February 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 75 cases in each.The observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated by oral mifepristone.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:After a period of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.7%;the control group was 66.6%.60 cases(80%) were the symptoms disappeared in the observation group;40 cases(53.3%) were in the control group.2 cases(2.7%) were recurrence in the observation group;10 cases(13.3%) were in the control group.26 cases were pregnancy in the observation group;15 cases were in the control group.Conclusion:Application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis has small trauma for patients,faster body recover and less adverse reactions.It has great positive significance for the future life and work of patients.关键词
