Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of argatroban on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into A group and B group with 31 cases in each.A group was given argatroban treatment,B group was given clopidogrel.The MESSS scores and platelet aggregation of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the blood platelet count and aPPT of A group and B group were compared with before treatment, and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).MESSS in different stages of two groups were compared;the score value decreased range of A group was significantly greater than that of B group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Argatroban on patients with acute cerebral infarction has obvious therapeutic effect,and no adverse effects on the human body.It is safe and efficient drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
