Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of butylphthalide capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were as the research object. They were divided into groups according to the random principle.The reference group received routine comprehensive treatment. The research group was given butylphthalide capsule treatment on the basis of routine treatment.After treatment they were followed up for half a year,the differences in the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 76% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence rate of the research group and the reference group were all 10%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using butylphthalide capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the degree of neural function defect.It is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
