Abstract
Objective:To detect and analyze the CXCL8/IL-8(interleukin-8) expression level in the urine and serum specimens of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,to explore its change and significance in the pathogenesis of SLE and LN(lupus nephritis).Methods:Collectting the urine specimens of 50 SLE patients and 10 healthy volunteers were detected and analyzed. CXCL8 levels in the urine and serum specimens were detected by using double antibody sandwich ELISA method.Results:CXCL8 level in the urine of SLE patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group(P<0.001).The urinary CXCL8 levels of LN group and no LN group were significantly higher than that of the healthy control group(P=0.001,P=0.006).The serum CXCL8 expression level of SLE patients and the healthy control group were increased 1.54 times,but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:CXCL8 may participate in the pathogenesis of LN,but the mechanism is more complex,and the urine detection result is more meaningful than serological detection.关键词
