Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods:124 patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.According to the random number method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The adverse reactions,life qualities and nursing service satisfactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The adverse reaction incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological function,physiological role,social function,mental health,role emotional,role emotional of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of constipation in patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia,improve the life quality of the patients,and improve the nursing service satisfaction of patients.关键词
