Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention on the nursing of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,to provide the guidance for clinical nursing.Methods:206 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 103 cases in each by using random number table.The observation group were early nursing intervention and enteral nutrition nursing. The control group were given nursing according to the conventional nursing and parenteral nutrition.Before nursing and after continuous nursing 30 days,the blood glucose(GLU),hepatic,renal function,serum albumin (Alb),blood electrolyte concentrations of patients were respectively detected,and they were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:The indicators of research objects in two groups after nursing were obviously improved than those before nursing,and there was significant difference(P<0.05). Between the two groups,the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention on the nursing of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.It has an important clinical value.关键词
