摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the psychological reaction and nursing of critically ill patients in ICU.Methods:80 cases of critically ill patients in ICU were selected January to June 2014.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group only received routine psychological nursing.The experimental group were given appropriate psychological nursing.The nursing effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety scores of the experimental group before and after intervention were (67.45±7.85) and (55.25±0.15).The anxiety scores of the control group before and after intervention were(67.65 ± 6.58) and (63.35 ± 1.45).The anxiety scores of two groups before intervention had no significant difference.The anxiety scores of the experimental group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate psychological nursing is beneficial to the treatment and rehabilitation of critically ill patients in ICU.关键词
