摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand and grasp the reasons and rules of outbreak,to take countermeasures,and effectively control the epidemic diffusion and spread.Methods:All cases were given epidemiology case survey.According to the bacillary and amebic dysentery diagnostic criteria WS287-2008,food microbiology inspection GB4789.5-2012,suspected bacterial dysentery cases were collected stool and anal swab specimens,and given shigella isolated culture.Results:40 people were investigated.19 cases were morbidity,and the attack rate was 47.5% .Among 1 case was detected with shigella flexneri type Ⅵ.Conclusion:The surrounding environment should be given the spray and kill flies work.The propaganda of intestinal infectious diseases prevention and control knowledge and continuously improving the self-protection awareness can effectively prevent the outbreak and popular of infectious disease.关键词
