Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of family-oriented health education on the self-efficacy of community hypertension patients for accumulating experience to improve the prognosis of the patients.Methods:98 patients with hypertension were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were as the research objects.According to the draw random sampling method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases in each.The control group received the routine community health education.The observation group received the family-oriented health education model.6 months after the implementation,the self-efficacy improvements of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Before the implementation of health education,the comparative differences of self-efficacy scores and each dimension scores of patients in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the implementation,in addition to blood pressure monitoring,the scores of the observation group were significantly increased than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family-oriented health education can help patients to relieve various psychological burden through the family,establish good self control ability,and significantly improve the self-efficacy.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
