日常护理工作中风险管理方法及效果分析
Analysis of risk management method and effect of the daily nursing work
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of risk management in the daily nursing work.Methods:We randomly collected 900 inpatients before the institute of nursing risk management(January to December 2013)and other 900 patients after the risk management(January to September 2014) as the research object.We compared the clinical nursing quality before and after the risk management.Results:After carrying out the nursing risk management,the patient complaint rate and risk event rates were 1.22% and 0.67% respectively,which was significantly decreased than before the risk management 4.67% and 2.33%(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction after the risk management was 95.67%,which was significantly increased than before the risk management 85.44%(P<0.05);the nursing quality comprehensive score after the risk management was increased significantly than before the risk management(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily nursing work,the risk management is helpful to improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the risk of event occurrence rate and the rate of complaints of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
