摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the author surveyed the working conditions of the residents health examination of 8 basic medical units in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City.The problems:Grassroots medical institutions were to carry out resident healthy physical examination work,but there were some problems,such as part of the town streets organizational weakness due to physical examination to launch the main responsibility of dislocation,some residents without health consciousness,lower enthusiasm at the grass-roots hospitals because of lower ranking allowance funds,health personnel shortage due to excessive workload,examination results affected by the low overall quality and so on.Contermasures:①The government should adjust the residents medical engine body,strengthen the propaganda,to improve the health of residents participation awareness in order to improve the detection rate.②The government should increase the investment in the guarantee equipment funds,at the same time,further increase the input of funds to ensure the sustainability of physical examination. ③ The grass-roots hospital should speed up the medical team construction,make efforts to improve the quality of medical personnel to ensure the quality of physical examination.④The hospital should proceed from the reality to focus on the main physical examination population.关键词
