Abstract
Objective:To investigate the operation treatment and curative effect of hepatic cystic echinococcosis(HCE) in basic hospital.Methods:235 patients with hepatic hydatid disease were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The prevalence of the number of farmers and herdsmen was significantly more than other occupation groups;middle age was the most.According to the specific lesions,patients with hydatid disease of liver were given operation treatment,and the curative effect was good.In this study,there was no operation death patients,and 235 patients were cured.In the external capsule of enucleation surgery group,l case had bleeding,and he was cured after transfusion,blood vessel repair.In the three kinds of operation modes,in excision of internal capsule group,postoperative residual cavity complications,with tube drainage time were significantly higher than those of other operation group(P<0.01).In external capsule complete cystectomy group,postoperative liver dysfunction, operation time,bleeding volume were significantly higher than those of other operation group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In basic level hospital,for patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis,taking "the individual operation" can obtain better therapeutic effect.关键词
