慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核应用恩替卡韦治疗的临床效果观察
Observation of the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with entecavir

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with entecavir.Methods:60 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.According to the complete sampling,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with lamivudine.The study group were given entecavir treatment.We observed the liver function and liver fibrosis indexes before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group, the liver function indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the liver fibrosis index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir treatment for chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the liver function,inhibit liver fibrosis,and it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
