Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect observation of coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure of the old alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Methods:95 patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group of 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases.The control group were given routine symptomatic treatment,while the study group were given coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group.We analyzed the changes in echocardiographic indexes,6 min walking distance and re hospitalization and prognosis before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,LVEF and CO level were higher than those of the control group;LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower than those of the control group.At 3 and 6 months after treatment,in the study group,6 min walking distance was improved significantly compared with the control group.In the study group,re hospitalization rate was 8.33%,which was lower than that of control group of 27.66%;in the study group,the mortality rate was 6.25%,which was lower than that of the control group of 20.96%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect observation of coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure of the old alcoholic cardiomyopathy was significant.It can effectively improve heart function of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.关键词
