老年人上消化道出血198例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 198 cases of elderly patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:We summarized the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:412 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from January 2005 to January 2013,including the elderly group of 198 cases,214 cases of non elderly group,and we compared the bleeding causes and gastric cancer incidence of the two groups. Results:The hematemesis rate and concomitant disease rate of the elderly patients were higher than those of the non elderly group, with significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The gastric ulcer and gastric cancer were more common in patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in the elderly,and accompanied with many complications,the mortality rate is high.关键词
