Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of different doses of dezocine combined with bhutto butorphanol in the postoperative intravenous analgesic after cesarean section.Methods:90 cases of elective cesarean section pregnant women were selected. They were randomly divided into three groups(D1,D2,D3).Three groups were treated with bhutto butorphanol 0.1 mg/kg,added with 0.9% sodium hydroxide solution for 60 mL.D1 group added dezocine 10 mg.D2 group added dezocine 5 mg,D3 group did not add dezocine.Three groups of pregnant women were treated with bupivacaine hydrochloride 7.5 mg,capacity 3 mL,and they were given surgical treatment with L2~3 to L3~4 lumbar puncture for single spinal anesthesia. After delivery of fetus, pregnant women were given intravenous dezocine 5 mg for precharge loading dose, after operation, they were given the analgesia pump.We observed the sedation, analgesia and complications. Results:The VAS score of D1 and D2 group was lower than that of D3 group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Ramsay score of D1 and D2 group was higher than that of D3 group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In complications, nausea, vomiting, headache had no additive effect. Conclusion:The analgesic and sedation effect of dezocine combined with butorphanol was better than single use of bhutto butorphanol, and optimal dose group was 10 mg.关键词
