Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Huai Er Granule in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,to provide an effective method for the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:80 patients with breast cancer were selected from September 2009 to September 2014.They were given the drugs treatment after surgical treatment.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with paclitaxel combined with pirarubicin.The study group were treated with Huai Er Granule on the basis of those.1 years later,we observed the cancer recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:In the study group,cancer recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the study group,compared with the control group,the adverse reaction was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huai Er Granule in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer was significant, and in combination with other drugs,after chemotherapy and continue to take,it can effectively reduce the cancer recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate,improve their quality of life,and it will not increase the adverse reaction.The security is high,and it is worth promoting.关键词
