Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of fetal heart ultrasound cardiogram in congenital heart disease.Methods:2 666 pregnant women with antenatal examination were selected from June 2013 to September 2014.Fetal heart echocardiography diagnosis instrument was used for examination.100 pregnant women with the high risk factors of fetal congenital heart disease were given the key observation.Risk factors included:the congenital heart disease family history,pregnant women taking taboo drugs during pregnancy,early exposure to X-ray and other radioactive material,combined with pulmonary tuberculosis, complicated with diabetes mellitus,complicated with hypertension and so on.Results:40 cases of fetal heart abnormalities were detected,including 2 cases of hypoplastic left heart,right heart system abnormality in 3 cases,of which three tricuspid valve dysplasia in 1 case,three of Ebstein's malformation in 1 case,1 case of three tricuspid atresia,interval dysplasia was in 18 cases, including simple atrial septal defect in 11 cases.They were confirmed by echocardiography;the simple ventricular septal defect was in 2 cases;5 cases were endocardial defect;1 case was cardiac striated muscle tumor;vascular and myeloid stem malformation was in 17 cases,including 1 case of coronary artery fistula,truncus artery in 1 case,2 cases of interruption of aortic arch,3 cases of tetralogy of Fallot,3 cases of transposition of the great arteries,right ventricular double the export of 7 cases.Conclusion:The rate of accuracy of fetal heart ultrasound cardiogram was high in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease.It had an important significance to reduce congenital disease.关键词
