摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the operative coordination focus of microvascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:We summarized the operation coordination method of 50 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression.Results:50 cases of the patients had successful operation,the pain remission completely in 49 cases, one side paralysis in 1 case,but that had remission after we follow-up 6 months.Conclusion:Improvement of preparation before operation and skilled nursing cooperation is the key to ensure the successful completion of operation.关键词
