摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the implementation effect of community nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes in community.Methods:100 cases of elderly diabetic patients were divided into the traditional nursing group and the community nursing group.Two groups were given conventional nursing and community nursing respectively.In the implementation of nursing after 3 and 6 months,we evaluated the awareness rate of knowledge of diabetes prevention,compliance,self management ability, adhere to the laws of motion,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose level of patients.Results:The indicators of community nursing group were better than those of the traditional nursing group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of community nursing service mode can improve the master degree for patients with diabetes related knowledge,self management ability,insisting on compliance behavior and movement rules,and it can effectively control the blood sugar and reduce the blood glucose fluctuations.关键词
