Clinical care with the interventional therapy in children with congenital heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze clinical care with the interventional therapy in children with congenital heart disease.Methods:68 patients with interventional treatment of congenital heart disease were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group were given quality care intervention.Results:The observation group in operative time, postoperative 36 h aspects pain scores,hospital stay,and the incidence of other complications were far less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality care can advance the surgery process,reduce the suffering of children,and reduce postoperative clinical complications,so it is worth promoting.关键词
