行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者206例手术护理的配合探讨
Study on the cooperation of nursing operation in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore cooperation measures for correct operation nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:206 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group with 103 cases in each.The control group were given the conventional surgical nursing;the study group were given nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional surgical nursing.Results:After the different nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy of the two groups,compared with before nursing,negative emotions of psychological anxiety,depression were significantly improved,but in the study group,improved effect was more ideal.In the study group,nursing job satisfaction was significantly better than the control group.In the study group,the incidence of complications was 8.74%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 31.07% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive operation nursing cooperation of the combination of routine nursing and nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly improve the negative mood.It is conducive to maintaining the good relationship between nurses and patients,and ensuring curative effect and prognosis of patients.关键词
