Application of humanistic nursing care in the treatment of infantile convulsion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing care in the treatment of infantile convulsion.Methods:90 cases of children with febrile convulsion were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given a more human way of nursing care on the basis of the control group.We compared the total satisfactory rate of nursing of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,nursing satisfaction rate was 100%;that of the control group was 88.9%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of humanistic nursing care in the treatment of infantile convulsion can effectively improve nursing satisfaction in children,eliminate their unease,control the disease in children,make effective exchange and communication with families and children,build a harmonious,stable,trust relationship between doctors and patients, and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.关键词
