加速康复外科在胃癌手术中的疗效观察
Observation of curative effect of fast-track surgery in gastric cancer operation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of fast-track surgery in gastric cancer operation.Methods:180 patients with gastric cancer were selected from February 2011 to April 2014.Patients were given operation treatment.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment and nursing,and the observation group were given the fast-track surgery(FTS) concept.In the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,patients were given care and treatment.Results:In fast-track surgery group,anal exhaust time was (3.3±1)d;the decrease of body weight was (3.2±0.8)kg;postoperative hospital stay time was (5.5±1.3)d;the treatment costs were (18552± 2210)Yuan.In the control group,the time of anus exhaust was (4.6 ± 1)d;the decrease of body weight was (4.5 ± 1.7)kg;postoperative hospital stay time was (9.5±2.1)d;the treatment costs were (21003±2465)Yuan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fast-track surgery can obviously improve the recovery time of patients,and reduce medical costs.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
