泮托拉唑钠与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床比较

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:100 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from January 2013 to August 2014.They were divided into 4 groups according to the Hp. 60 patients with Hp positive were randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 cases in each;40 patients with Hp negative patients were randomly divided into group C and group D with 20 cases in each.Group A were given pantoprazole sodium+amoxicillin+metronidazole;group B were given metronidazole+omeprazole+amoxicillin;group C were given pantoprazole sodium ;group D were given omeprazole.Results:In the course of treatment,all of the patients had no serious adverse reaction;the total effective rate had no significant difference between A and B group(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between C and D group(P>0.05).The clearance rate of Hp in the A group was higher than that in the B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole are almost the same on the treatment of gastric ulcer,but the helicobacter pylori eradication effect of the pantoprazole sodium is obviously better than that of the omeprazole.关键词
