基层医院采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果分析
Effect analysis of basic level hospital using laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy of basic level hospital in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:56 patients with acute cholecystitis were selected from January to November 2014.They were divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(26 cases) according to the operation mode.The control group used the open cholecystectomy,and the observation group used laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 65.38%;the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% ;the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and incision length of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis can completely separated anatomic structures.It has clear operation field and small incision.It can be popularized and applied in basic hospital.关键词
