微创内固定术与切开复位钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效
The effect of minimally invasive internal fixation technology and open reduction plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the effect of minimally invasive internal fixation technology and open reduction plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods:78 patients with distal tibial fracture were selected from April 2008 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were given open reduction plate internal fixation,while the treatment group were given minimally invasive internal fixation technology treatment.The clinical effects were analyzed and studied.Results:The clinical observation indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ankle joint Kofoed score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of bone nonunion and delayed union in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using minimally invasive internal fixation technology in treating distal tibial fracture has less trauma,less bleeding,the fracture healing time is shortened obviously,and it has clinical value.关键词
