改良Miccoli手术用于甲状腺良性疾病治疗的临床观察
Clinical observation of modified miccoli operation on benign thyroid disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of modified miccoli operation in the treatment of benign thyroid diseases. Methods:74 patients with benign thyroid disease were selected from January 2012 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 37 cases in each.The control group received routine operation,while the observation group treated by modified miccoli operation,then we compared the operation effect between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,amount of bleeding during the operation,incision length,hospitalization time and satisfaction of the observation group were better(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications had no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Modified miccoli operation has good effect in the treatment of benign thyroid disease effect,and it also has beautiful appearance,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
