Abstract
Objective:To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,in order to summarize the better methods on diagnosis and treatment.Methods:24 patients with uterus scar pregnancy after cesarean section cases were selected from September 2013 to September 2014,then we analyzed the related data on diagnosis,treatment methods and therapeutic efficacy.Results:There were 22 patients in 24 patients diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and MRI, and the diagnosis rate was 91.7% .In those 22 cases,10 cases were treated with haifu operation combined with hysteroscopy resection,and 8 cases were succesed,and the success rate was 80%;other 14 cases were treated with uterine artery embolization with hysteroscopy resection,there were 12 cases succesed,and the success rate was 85.7%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound combined with magnetic is the preferred diagnostic method for uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.For patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,early diagnosis and early treatment is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate and therapeutic effect.For those 2 treatment methods of haifu operation combined with hysteroscopy resection,and uterine artery embolization with hysteroscopy resection,both have the advantages of less bleeding,small trauma,high safety and short hospitalization days,in real terms that we should choose a suitable treatment method according to the patient's condition.关键词
