The effect of latissimus dorsi muscle flap combined with immediate prosthesis implanted for breast reconstruction postoperative early breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility,therapeutic effect,safety and postoperative cosmetic effect of latissimus dorsi muscle flap combined with immediate prosthesis implanted for breast reconstruction postoperative early breast cancer.Methods:20 patients with early breast cancer from April 2013 to August 2013 were treated with breast cancer modified radical mastectomy and the latissimus dorsi muscle flap transfer combined with immediate silicone prosthesis implanted between pectoris major and minor for breast reconstruction.Results:20 patients received adjuvant chemotherapy and there was no local recurrence or distant metastasis during the follow-up period,and the patients were satisfied with the appearance and texture of the reconstructive breast.16 cases(80%) was optimal,3 cases(15%) was good,1 case(5%) was common in postoperative cosmetic effect evaluation. Conclusion:Latissimus dorsi muscle flap combined with immediate prosthesis implanted for breast reconstruction postoperative early breast cancer had short time,simple operation,good effect and patient satisfaction,which was safe and reliable operation and worthy of popularizing.关键词
