在髋关节置换术中两种麻醉方式的临床效果比较
Clinical effect comparison of two anesthesia methods in hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of general anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement.Methods:88 patients with hip replacement were selected from June 2011 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group were given general anesthesia,while the observation group were given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of two groups were compared.Results:The anesthesia effective rate of the observation group was 97.7% ,which was significantly higher than 79.5% of the control group(P<0.05),and the heart rate and blood pressure level were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The hip replacement patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical promotion and applyment.关键词
