Clinical choice of ICSI in external fertilization
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical choice of ICSI in external fertilization.Methods:55 patients with infertility were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The observation group were given ICSI fertilization,while the control group were given conventional external fertilization.The fertilization rate,pregnancy rate and implantation rate of two groups were observed.Results:The fertilization condition of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group;the fertilization failure rate was relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of implantation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in two groups were significant(61.5% vs 50.0%,66.7% vs 52.0%,50.0% vs 36.0%),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the first time in conventional external fertilization on infertility patients,using ICSI fertilization method on some cells can be directly reduced fertilization failure risk.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
