小剂量喹硫平治疗失眠症的对照研究
Control study of small dose quetiapine in the treatment of insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of small dose quetiapine in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:80 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the study group(quetiapine group) and the control group(alprazolam group).Two groups were respectively given quetiapine and alprazolam.Before treatment and 1,2,3 weeks after treatment,the clinical curative effects were evaluated by using sleep dysfunction rating scale(SDRS).The adverse reactions in the treatment were evaluated by treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:SDRS scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The effect of two groups before and after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reactions of two groups were mild.Conclusion:Small dose quetiapine in the treatment of patients with insomnia has significant effect.Adverse reactions of two groups are mild.It is no obvious difference.关键词
